Redeeming Love Church is lead by a team of elders who have demonstrated time and time again a heart to seek the Lord and serve people. This team is lead by our Lead Pastor, Matthew Medick.
“Consider it pure Joy when you fall into various trials.” James 1:2. A lengthy trial following his salvation in 1992 led to this becoming Pastor Matt’s life verse. Joy is an expression of the Kingdom of God and something that every Christian should have in their life. Pastor Matt married his wife Stacey in 1993. They have four children who are all married and serve the Lord in different capacities. He has served the Lord in Redeeming Love Church for many years, including teaching in children’s church, youth pastor, and associate pastor. Pastor Matt and his wife Stacey ran their own business for nearly 20 years before entering full time ministry. He has his BAS in Christian Leadership and Management through Regent University. Pastor Matt enjoys hiking, fishing, golfing, and spending time with family. Pastor Matt and Stacey have a passion to see every believe released into the fullness of their calling and gifting. The body of Christ works best when every member is functioning.
Pastor Stacey Medick serves as the Associate Pastor and Church Administrator at Redeeming Love Church, where she has ministered alongside her husband for nearly 30 years. Her profound journey began as a child with a deep love for God, but it transformed when she dedicated her life to Christ in November 1991 during a service at Redeeming Love. On October 15, 2023, Stacey was honored as the first woman to be ordained at Redeeming Love. She is currently studying at Rhema Correspondence Bible School and is part of the Bethel Leaders Network.
Before entering full-time ministry in 2018, Stacey and her husband, Matt, co-owned a successful plant nursery and landscaping business in Clifton Park, NY for 18 years. One of her greatest joys has been raising her four children, all of whom are now married and actively serve the Lord in various ministries.
Stacey describes her walk with the Lord as an amazing adventure of discovering her identity through Jesus. Her ultimate passion is to help God’s children understand their true identity, embrace their authority, and experience the freedom that comes from an intimate relationship with Christ. She is dedicated to seeing believers fully connect with the Holy Spirit to advance the Kingdom of Heaven wherever they go.
