About God – There is but one living and true God, creator and sustainer of the Universe. Without body or parts, existent in three persons yet of one substance, power and eternity – the Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
About Jesus Christ – Jesus Christ is very God and very Man, conceived of the Holy Ghost and born of the virgin Mary. He suffered, was crucified, dead, and was buried completely satisfying the debt of sin, but arose and ascended into heaven where He sits at the right hand of the Father as our High Priest and Advocate and will come again to judge the living and the dead.
About the Holy Ghost – Is equal with the Father and Son as God. The ministry of the Holy Ghost makes man aware of his need for Jesus Christ, convicts man of his sin, provides power and guidance for godly living and understanding of biblical truth.
About the Bible – The Bible, both Old and New Testaments, are the essential and reliable records of divine revelation given to human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Ghost and is fully sufficient for guidance in all matters of faith.
About Baptism – Baptism is not only a sign of profession, and mark of difference; but it is also a sign of regeneration, or the new birth, a testimony to death to sin and resurrection to a new life in Jesus Christ.
About Salvation – Salvation is received through the shed blood of Jesus Christ on the cross, received by grace through faith, believing in the heart that God raised Jesus from the dead.
About the Lord’s Supper – A sacrament of our redemption by Christ’s death, received through faith and sacrificial love. The bread symbolic of His broken body; and the cup symbolic of his shed blood.
PRAYER OF SALVATION:
Dear heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of
Jesus. I ask you to forgive me and save me. You said that if I would confess with my mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead, I would be saved. (Rom. 10:9)
I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. I believe He was raised from the dead. I confess and receive Him now as my Lord and Savior. I am now the righteousness of God in Christ. (2 Cor. 5:21) Holy Spirit come and live in me. Help me, strengthen me and equip me so that I may live my life pleasing to God. (Luke 11:13 / John 14:26)
